| 7 to 8 yes | Your books are in great shape. | The foundations are solid. The next wins are usually efficiency and insight: sharper reporting, better app integration, maybe handing over the parts that still eat your time. |
| 4 to 6 yes | Solid, with gaps worth closing. | Most of the foundations are there, but the gaps are where penalties and bad decisions breed. Each one is fixable quickly. |
| 0 to 3 yes | Your books deserve a rescue. | Several foundations are missing. Nothing here is unusual and all of it is recoverable, but the longer it runs the more it costs. A catch-up plan would change things fast. |
