Indicative weekly fees, in full.
The core combinations the estimator can produce for a single straightforward entity: transaction volume against how often we work the file, with quarterly BAS lodgement and a salaried payroll of one to five paid fortnightly. We invoice weekly, so the weekly figure leads and the monthly equivalent sits under it - all ex-GST. A bigger team, weekly pay runs or timesheets move payroll up with them; each additional entity adds $100 to $250 for its own file and BAS; stock, POS or multi-currency books lift the reconciliation side; bills, invoicing and debtor chasing add from $30 a month; take BAS out and the range drops by $85 to $165.

Sole operator with no employees? This estimator prices a dedicated bookkeeper. If you are a sole trader under about 150 transactions a month with no payroll, Basic Books at $80 a week is likely the better fit - there is a two-minute eligibility check on that page. Worth doing before you price the bigger service.
Catch-up work is always quoted separately as a fixed one-off.
Why we price this way.
You should never hesitate to call your bookkeeper. One predictable fee, calls never charged, scope in writing before we start - and if we are not delivering value every month, you notice immediately. That accountability is the point.
Frequently asked questions.
Why fixed fees instead of hourly billing?
Hourly bookkeeping punishes you for asking questions and rewards slow work. A fixed fee means unlimited calls, predictable cashflow and a bookkeeper motivated to build efficient systems - the incentives finally point the right way.
What does the fee include?
Your agreed scope: typically coding, reconciliations, payroll and BAS at the rhythm you choose, with support included. Everything is listed in your proposal before you commit.
Is the estimate binding?
It is an indicative range so you get a genuine feel for cost before talking to anyone. Your actual fixed fee is confirmed after a free health check of your file - quoted on reality, not averages.
What about catch-up work?
Backlogs are quoted separately as a fixed one-off after we see the file, so your ongoing fee stays clean and the clean-up never becomes an open-ended bill.
Can the fee change later?
Only by agreement. If the business grows - more volume, more payroll - we re-scope together before anything changes.
